Frequently asked questions
Will I get to keep my phone number?
Yes! You will continue using your existing phone number as usual. The eSIM simply adds the data package you purchased, without affecting your current number.

Can I use the eSIM on multiple devices?
No. Each eSIM can only be activated on a single device. Once it is installed, it cannot be transferred to another phone or tablet. Please make sure you activate it on the device you plan to use during your trip.
When should I install my eSIM?
You can install your eSIM whenever youโd like, just make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Itโs also possible to install it in advance, even if youโre still outside the coverage area.
Once you arrive at your destination, your eSIM will automatically connect to the local network and you can start using your plan.
When will I get my order?
You will receive your eSIM by email within a few minutes after your purchase.
