Welcome to Cheapsims. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cheapsims. We operate this website and online store to provide access to digital eSIM products and related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that minors using the Services on your device do so with your permission.
All account and purchase information must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Cheapsims sells digital eSIM products only. All eSIMs are delivered electronically via email.
Network coverage, speed and availability vary based on carrier networks, geographic conditions, device compatibility and other factors outside our control.
Product details and availability may change at any time.

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device:

  1. Supports eSIM technology

  2. Is network-unlocked

  3. Supports the regional bands required for the selected eSIM

If the device is incompatible or locked, we are not responsible for any inability to install or use the eSIM.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is accepted once payment is processed and the confirmation email is issued.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price displayed at checkout is the final price for that order and may not include taxes or fees depending on your location.
You agree to provide valid billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 – DIGITAL DELIVERY

All eSIMs are delivered digitally by email. Delivery is typically instant but may experience short processing delays.
Once the eSIM is sent to your email, it is considered delivered.
You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and accessible.

If you do not receive your eSIM within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at hello@cheapsims.com and we will resend it.

SECTION 6 – ACTIVATION AND SERVICE PERIOD

Your eSIM service begins when you activate it or when the validity period starts — depending on the product description.
Each eSIM has a defined validity period and data allowance. The service ends when either:

  1. The data allowance is consumed

  2. The validity period expires

  3. The eSIM is deleted or reset by the user

  4. The device is lost, damaged or reset by the user

Cheapsims is not responsible for service interruption caused by:

  • Device misconfiguration

  • Deleting or removing the eSIM

  • Factory resets

  • SIM/IMEI restrictions

  • Local carrier outages

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (including text, logos, images, design and structure) is owned by Cheapsims or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without written permission.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. They are provided “as is” without warranties.
Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may include links to websites operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies.
Use of third-party websites is at your own discretion.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Cheapsims is powered by Shopify, but all sales and transactions occur directly between you and Cheapsims. Shopify is not responsible for any issues related to your purchases.
By using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with Cheapsims.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY

Shopify may also process information to provide and improve the Services.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or network performance, as these depend on carriers and local conditions.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheapsims is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, device issues, or connectivity problems arising from the use of the Services.
Network performance is controlled by third-party carriers, not Cheapsims.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cheapsims and its partners from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cheapsims.
