Refund & Return Policy – CheapSims

We want you to have a smooth experience with your eSIM. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are only available under the conditions listed below.

Types of Refunds

1. Refund for Service Withdrawal (Not Activated Yet)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The eSIM was purchased directly from CheapSims

  • The eSIM has not been activated

  • The QR code has not been scanned

  • The purchase was made no more than 6 months ago

If the eSIM was already activated or used, we will review your case individually to find the best possible solution.


2. Refund for Incompatible or Locked Device

You may request a refund if:

  • You have not scanned the QR code

  • No data has been used

  • The purchase was made no more than 6 months ago

  • You send a screenshot or proof showing that your device is incompatible or locked

Please ensure before purchasing that your device supports eSIM and is factory-unlocked.


3. Refund for Connection Issues

Before requesting a refund for connectivity problems:

  • Please contact us at hello@cheapsims.com or through website chat

  • You must report the issue during your trip, not after it ends

  • We cannot guarantee refunds for reports made after travel is completed

If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on how much data was used.
In some cases, an administrative fee (up to $3.00 USD) may apply.


Refund Process

  1. Contact us at hello@cheapsims.com

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  3. We will review your case and reply within 24–48 hours

  4. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days


Important Notes

  • CheapSims does not issue refunds for customer mistakes, including:

    • Buying an eSIM for a destination you are not traveling to

    • Deleting the eSIM accidentally

    • Resetting your phone after activation

    • Buying an eSIM for a device that does not support eSIM

  • No refunds are granted once the full data amount has been consumed

  • All decisions regarding refunds are made at the discretion of CheapSims
