Can I use the eSIM on multiple devices?
No. Each eSIM can only be activated on a single device. Once it is installed, it cannot be transferred to another phone or tablet. Please make sure you activate it on the device you plan to use during your trip.
When should I install my eSIM?
You can install your eSIM whenever you’d like, just make sure you have a stable internet connection.
It’s also possible to install it in advance, even if you’re still outside the coverage area.
Once you arrive at your destination, your eSIM will automatically connect to the local network and you can start using your plan.
When will I get my order?
